On roof top,within city,a nice restaurant,parking and lift available,and passing around 2 hours with a very good service makes a day wonderful. Meals were buffet. Laddoo,Churma, Dal, 2 vegetables,Kadhi,Pulao,Chhas,3 varieties of Bafla, Roti,Paratha , mirchi pakoda etc etc @ 220/- realy a tasty meal for unlimited quantity,is value for money. Ambience was good.

Hedid not want any fast f... read more 20 May, 2016.A senior colleague and I decided to search for some nice foodjoint close to Hotel ginger in Indore, where we were put up. Hedid not want any fast food joint, or any Continental orOccidental cuisine joint: he specifically wanted an Indian joint.Our wandering led us to the Angaraa restaurant, whichis on the roof of a tall building, accessible by an elevator.The first impressions of the place were mixed.The place was a bit dark.There wasn't too much of a crowd there, which we did not mind.The weather was nice, and being at such a height, there was acool breeze also blowing along. The service was relatively prompt.We sat under a place which was covered. The table was laid out inan interesting manner, with a patterned table-cloth over a whitesheet. We started with a clear vegetable soup, with one portiondivided into two. We sent in for a dal, and a mixedvegetable preparation in a thick gravy. We had some boondi raitato go with the meal. We had this with tandoori roti. The totalbill came up to Rs.700, quite reasonable, given the location of the joint.
