The lady... read more I wasnt impressed with the customer service. I went thru the drive thru after looking at their online menu. An was told they no longer had those items. The lady taking my order was very rude an rushed me to place my order so I felt pressured. I ended upordering something not exactly what I wanted just to get thru. An wished I wouldnt have ordered anything at all. The food wasgood but I dont plan on going back because of the rude employee. They lost me as a customer

I get that it’s frustrating when customers arrive close to closing time, especially when you’re eager to leave. However, being out of chicken a whole hour before closing just shows you don’t want to prepare any more. The fact that so many negative reviews go unanswered says it all.

The employees were lazy and didn’t fulfill their duties. As a service provider myself, I believe customers deserve good service everywhere!

The staff was great and I don't know who this lady was who asked me if I switched on the lights in the dining area. I thought it was very attentive about her, but it was too hot outside to raise lights.
