We had to go back... read more Unfortunately this location failed my expectations. This was the first time visiting a wing stop to get food and we’re missing half of order. We had to go back to get what was missing and the manager who was in the store at the time did not acknowledge us when this happened. We spent a lot of money and the service is subpar. Absolutely make you feel like you are inconveniencing them. I ordered and ate inside, wondering if I'd be able to leave a better review. Nope.. Insides dirty and don't even think about using the restroom. Fruit flies EVERYWHERE. Watched a mom n two teenage daughters walk out and mom upset with how much she spent and how bad the food was. I come from detroit, where we LOVE all things chicken, and in detroit you'd gladly wait 30 min or more for wing stop because it's amazing in detroit... not here.. Horrible.. won't be back.. We then sat for another hour waiting for food we ordered online almost 90 minutes ago. Needless to say we got a refund and will never return to the Washington St location again.
