It was a bit disappointing they were out of a lot of different foods fairly early in the day. But I know sometimes you can’t control when you get a shipment in so it wasn’t a big deal. T... read more I'm from out of town and was on the way to the Garage to grab dinner, saw this place while looking for parking and decided to make a quick change to eat here. The food was awesome, but Jackie our server was Amazing... As someone who has been in the restaurant business for almost 20 years I'm usually not impressed with the service I receive, Jackie is one the best servers I've ever had in my life. She was personable and helped us pick out the best things on the menu and took great care of us. Next time I'm in Indy I will be coming here and telling others I know they should eat here. Ask for Jackie, get whatever she tells you to get and sit back and be wow'd!!! Dad Bod sandwich and Brisket Melt did not disappoint!!!

However, the food do... read more The food at Roosters is amazing. I've eaten here several times, and it has always met my expectations. The staff is friendly and attentive. However, the food does take a bit longer to come from the kitchen, so I'd recommend pre-ordering next time. It’s not feasible to order and have your meal within a 45-minute timeframe due to the wait.

We were seated fairly qu... read more My best friend and I decided to try out a new brunch spot and were looking forward to it, but unfortunately, we were left disappointed. We were seated fairly quickly and greeted by our server, who also happened to be the bartender. I ordered the French toast special, scrambled eggs a la carte, and a meat patty (whose name I can't recall). The first disappointment came when a larger group seated after us received their food before us. The bartender then informed us that the kitchen was backed up due to being understaffed, something he had failed to mention earlier. Despite being aware of the delay, I decided to soldier on through the meal. However, the meat patty had a strange consistency and the French toast was burnt on the outside and raw in the middle. My friend advised me not to eat any more due to the risk of consuming undercooked eggs. While the flavors were good, the rushed cooking process definitely affected the quality of the food. When it came time to settle the bill, I requested to speak with the manager, only to be told that the bartender was the manager and that my meal would be comped. The owner, who apparently cooked my order, did not come to our table to apologize. Overall, this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth and I can only hope that I don't get sick. The service was okay, but the food quality was definitely lacking on this visit.
