We were promptly seated at a lovely spacious table. Our server arrived right away to take our drink orders. It didn't take long for our salads and rolls to arrive. The salads were chilled, while the rolls were warm and melt-in-your-mouth delicious, just like we remembered. So disappointed! The salad was one of the main dishes. As you can see, the small cup of dressing was bigger than the salad! It should have been in a separate dish, and it should have been a SALAD. This was a small spoon full of romaine stems and Limp pieces of leaves. Its like they scrapped remnants off another plate into my dish. The scallops were under cooked and were the appetizer. Service was pleasant. The food was good. Drinking was nice.
I had the admiral party, it was very good, especially the scallops... The baked potato was excellent... And of course, you always have to rave over the cheddar cookies... You're eating yourself... Our waitress was on site, I would give her a five-star rating she was excellent... Very attentive, but not too much... Prices were excellent at $20.99.... I was very rarely disappointed that Red Hummer....
I had the Monday special which is the all you can eat shrimp. I placed a to go order and they give you 2 orders of your choice of shrimp and 2 refills. The scampi was delicious and so was the fried shrimp. I had scampi left and it was even better the next day! I really enjoyed my meal and can't wait to go back
The surfing and lawn experience was fantastic! Although the biscuits were initially overcooked, they quickly brought out fresh ones that were delightful.
The service can be a bit slow at times, but the food is delicious and the staff is very friendly.
