What User doesn't like about Qdoba Mexican Eats:
I adjusted my lunch break to an hour but ended up waiting 30 minutes. There were only two people ahead of me in line, and one of them had ordered online. The staff member who helped us had torn gloves and long fake nails. She touched the order monitor and then handled the food for other customers. Eat is good. I gave a 2 star because I ordered my eating online at 18:30 clock, it was assumed to be ready at 6:53. I only got my food 19:40 clock. When I tried to ask about my order, I was told that I was stuck and nobody helped me ask. they were busy, but good customer service should ignore a customer.

The process of ordering and checking out is super slow and awkward for the employees. Arrived just before Dinner rush and only 2 people on the front line. Took extra long to get food and check out. The food was still warm and tasty thankfully. But, they need better management. Oh and prices have gone up which I kind of expected.
If I could give it a zero I would. This location has gone extremely down hill. They act like they have an attitude all the time you’re there. They almost always have half the menu when I go. This most recent time I went (7/6/22) they didn’t have the shrimp that they were advertising, let the line build all the way around the store, talking on their AirPods. I waited in line before the rush for 30 minutes for a simple plain chicken bowl. The lady before me at the check out asked for chips while the girl working the register was filling bags of chips. The girl looked up at her with an attitude and told her they didn’t have anymore chips (after filling 3 or 4 bags). The lady asked about the ones she just served and to which the girl replied they were only for the online orders. Didn’t even have straws for the drinks. Once I got to the register, I was talked to with an attitude while I had done nothing to this girl. I would name if I could but the name tag seemed too smeared to read out. This location should just be shut down at this point.
As always the order was not ready until an hour after scheduled time.As always the staff could have cared less.After order was an hour late they finally made the order.Manager finally came put of her office and only wanted to argue with my wife and scold the staff.Apparently she has no idea what her role as a manager is.This experience is always the same.Perhaps a new management team from the manager on duty through the regional management staff is in order.If this is a franchise location perhaps a change in leadership within Qdoba who selects or oversees franchises.
