What User doesn't like about Pizza Hut:
We waited 20 minutes for Heather to take our order at the restaurant. When our meat lovers pizza arrived, it was lacking in toppings. We also discovered that we were charged for drinks instead of water, which was rectified after we brought it to their attention. The marinara sauce was too watery. I stood in the carryout area for a carryout Pizza for 15 minutes. The young lady walked past me twice to seat people (that came in well after me , but never said a word (Someone will be with you, just a minute, etc... to me. Good Luck here...
They still have the lunch buffet and the 2 ladies that work it do a fantastic job. Always stocked when busy and slow. Restaurant is clean and drinks are always full. I've been here several times and it is always a wonderful experience. I'll continue to come back on a regular basis.
I only come here because of Jodi Amanda. Excellent women. Excellent service. Very attentive, makes sure you’re comfortable, and they’re constantly making sure the restaurant is clean. I love it here and make sure I visit weekly.
Called and placed my order while grocery shopping, the outsourced rep was rude to say the least. Upon arriving to pick up the pizza, I was told there was no order. This did not surprise me due to the previous statement. I then placed another order, left to take groceries home then came back to pick up. Upon returning, the person that took the order looked surprised and needed my receipt to find the order.? I then proceeded to wait like 8 mins in total to which a pizza was presented to me. By now, it has been 30 mins since ordering. Upon getting home to enjoy said pizza, the pizza was not cooked all the way, crust light and floppy. Toppings were thrown into the middle basically, I also paid for extra cheese to which I did not receive. I tried calling the store twice to which no one would answer the phone. This did not surprise me for the area in question... Needless to say, horrible experience.
TLDR: Terrible customer service. Way too much sauce on the pizza.When I went to pick up my order in the drive thru pick up, the team member could not find my order in the system and assumed that I ordered at another Pizza Hut location. Even after showing my email with the matching Pizza Hut address, my confirmation number, and my order, I did not receive an apology, nor any solutions for correcting the order.It honestly felt like the team member threw her hands in the air and expected me to just drive away because she said she didn’t see my name/order in their system, despite showing proof of order and payment.After no attempt to rectify the error, I asked for the manager. The manager came up, offered no apology, and asked the same exact questions the team member asked. “What’s your name?” “Do you have the confirmation number?” (Showed him the same email)Surprisingly, he, too, did not offer *any* solutions to possibly fix the user error and treated me the same way the team member did. I gave my phone number and only after that, did the manager find my order in the “cashed out” portion of the system, and see that my order was waiting in the warmer. I was handed my order with, again, no apology and no regard for the trouble they caused. Highly disappointed in my service. Never again going to this location.
