CRG's tribute to Italian was a pre-pandemic favorite for us. Fortunately, they've come back as strong as we remembered. While all the noodles are made in house, I've felt the strongest showings have come from the stuffed pastas: The lobster ravioli was a previous highlight and more recently the tortellaci and agnolotti stole the show. I celebrated my birthday at this restaurant, and it was an incredible experience! The dinner was fantastic, with prompt and friendly service. They have a sommelier available if you need help navigating their entire Italian wine list. The pacing of the meal was perfect, and the food was exquisitely prepared. The tiramisu, made in-house, was the best I've ever had! Located in the Alexander Hotel, this spot is a real gem. We’ll definitely be returning!

One downside was that the portions of the entrees were a bit on the smaller side. My dish was a decent size, but some of my companions were disappointed with the amount of food they received. For my drink, I had the Timorasso wine. The waitress suggested it as a choice similar to Sauvignon Blanc, and it was precisely what I was looking for since I prefer drier wines! I also tried the Montenegro Select Aperitivo, which was half off that day, so I couldn't resist sampling it. It had a bold flavor that wasn’t overly sweet. I tried some others at the table and would highly recommend these drinks for a date night! We ordered the calamari as an appetizer, and I found the presentation to be unique compared to others I've seen. It was well-seasoned and delicious, with a fantastic sauce and garnishes that added wonderful flavors to the dish. I would definitely recommend it! As for my main course, I ordered the Tagliatelle Alfredo and added a piece of blackened salmon, but I was somewhat disappointed. The salmon didn’t come out blackened; it seemed more lightly seared and the center was a bit mushy for my taste. Moreover, the salmon added an extra $30 to my $18 pasta dish. While I expected to pay more for the added meat, I didn't realize the salmon would be that expensive—I could have ordered a second appetizer or even a second entree for less. On a positive note, the pasta itself was delicious and the sauce made me want to savor every last bite!

CGR never lets us down. Nesso went above and beyond our expectations. We had dinner in the bar area, and our server, Josh, provided wonderful recommendations, making our first experience truly memorable! The octopus was cooked to perfection, just like the scallops. Their homemade focaccia is definitely worth praising too. All the appetizers and cocktails were spot on. We can’t wait to return!

The space was beautiful, very much lined up with the decor of Hotel Alexander. The servers were very attentive and thorough. I wish I remembered the name of our server he was great and make really good recommendations. We tried a little bit of everything. Stated with crab appetizers, carpaccio, calamari. The relish next to the crab appetizers made it so delicious. Carpaccio was missing flavor. Ceasar salads were good proportioned and delicious. They have eggs on them, so beware if you don't like hard boiled eggs. Short ribs, Mushroom pasta and seafood pasta were all a hit. Swordfish was fine, nothing special. Ravioli was flavorful. Portions are not big enough to share, so keep that in mind. Least favorite we're the drinks at P99. Have your drinks upstairs .. so much more creative and flavorful. For dessert we tried what I can best describe as butterscotch creme brulé and it was a huge hit. Good dessert to share.
