You can normally get a decent meal at the MCL's but on 11-9-22. It was awful. I had the worst coleslaw I have ever had. You could tell it was old and they seemed to try and revive it with something. Needless to say it was not eaten and the bakedchicken was not very tender. I won't be calling ahead anymore anywhere. T
Always my favorite MCL, but went with friends yesterday, and the food wasn't too good as it has been in the past. Stuffed chicken was dry, and sides was bland. Disappointed.
Over all my food was luke warm at best and not much flavor. I've eaten there several times, all with pretty much the same results. I'm not even sure why I go back. I guess if you just want something to eat, then there it is, just don't expect toleave ranting and raving about it.
Ordered door dash and husband's order was correct. I ordered macaroni salad, pea salad, fresh green beans, and bread pudding. Received 2 Cole slaws, canned green beans, and 2 bread puddings. Not impressed
We needed some place to eat and we hadn't been to MCL on hwy 31 in Greenwood in a really long time. We'd had a really sad day and did not want to cook. Choosing MCL was perfect. I had the catfish dinner and David had the beef Manhattan. The food wasEXCELLENT. Will definitely go there again
