I had to return twice to get my order right! By the time I received the correction, the food was cold. The customer service was also rude. I placed my order and waited, but no one acknowledged the customers.
Here lately, on Fridays, they have no chicken ready. How does a restaurant that sells chicken keep running out? 25 minutes wait time. If it was once, I would understand. But it keeps happening on Fridays. Maybe you should add more people or figure out a better Grub Hub and Uber Eats system. I'm watching all of these orders being filled for app orders that are not even there. It's ridiculous. I got tired of waiting just to place my order, so I left.
I forgot my LEMON CAKE, I DIDN'T GO BACK HUSBAND SADD...
This location is better then others we tried.
They are very happy people that work here. The price point is much better than Church's chicken.
