The staff seemed inattentive throughout the entire wait, and when I finally got my order, they had run out of condiments.

There's a good chance they'll get your order wrong and then attempt to gaslight you by insisting they confirmed it correctly before handing it over. I've been coming to this location for over a year, and it’s always the same disappointing experience. The manager seems to visibly disdain working there, and I have concerns about the staff at the counters and fryers. I tolerated it because, let's face it, the food is hot, and it’s hard to mess up frying battered chicken. But somehow, KFC on Washington St manages to do just that. I won't be returning to this location and would recommend dining elsewhere.

However, the roasted chicken isn’t as quick or as flavorful as it used to be, and the cookies have been completely changed, losing their original taste.
