The staff were wearing jackets, we dined in our coats. It was a bit inconvenient but not worth staying away for.

First: open during the foodless hour the time many restaurants close between lunch and dinner. Man, I love finding places that are!Ambience: simple strip mall joint, a bit aged, but with a cool wall mural containing a brief history of Machu Picchu, which is neat.Service: pleasant, efficient, bilingual in English and Spanish. Water arrived with a fresh lime wedge, which was a nice touch. No chips bread and an herbal aioli served instead. Food: the chicken stew looked very simple, but it was packed with flavor. His Goatness 's fried beef and French fries was pretty good, although the beans were a bit bland. Everything struck me as simple home cooking, nothing fancy, but filling and hearty. Will have to try the ceviche next time!Price: reasonable. I recommend, if you 're hungry!
