Some diners praised exceptional service, with one celebrating a special occasion made memorable by a dedicated server. However, others were disappointed by issues such as cold food, long wait times, and uncooked steaks. The ambiance and views received high marks, but some felt the food did not justify the high prices. Despite differing opinions, attentive servers, quick service, and delicious dishes were highlighted as positive aspects of the restaurant.
It was a nice quiet atmosphere that provided exceptional food and service. Made for a great date night
We were seated quickly and it took about ten minutes before our server arrived to take our drink order. She basically forced us to order all our food at that point. We got crab cakes as an appetizer and both had fillets for entrees. She brought our drinks about ten minutes later and we asked if we were going to get any bread like normal…are you keeping track of the time? She said yes they would ring us some. Forty minutes after that our entrees came out by the food runner who we then asked where our appetizer was and he was shocked we never even got bread. So at ten o’clock we finally got some food for our nine o’clock reservation. Server was not even apologetic about it. She just acted like it was normal that they sucked so bad. Dinner cost me and the steaks weren’t cooked right but after the long wait I wasn’t about to send them back…will never recommend this place to anyone
We had a fantastic meal at the Eagles nest. Angel was a fantastic server gave us great recommendations and the food was amazing
The experience overall was fantastic. From the start to the end, the server, and everyone there was just amazing. The food taste YUMMY! I love their Beef Bulgolgi Specials, and their Signature Prime Rib was great
Food and drinks are like any other restaurant connected to a hotel, not impressive. The dessert was clearly from Gordon food service
