Never thought I would ever be disappointed with a stop at Caplinger's Fresh Catch but I am extremely disappointed Had the smallest slice of Key Lime Pie ever for $3.99. The cashier didn't suggest I combo my side with a drink to save some money charging me full price.Rita had a crab cake appetizer which was the smallest entree ever for$11.99.The side of red beans rice was maybe three bites at best very disappointing!. I was still hungry after my lunch so I had to order another side of Waffle fries to sustain my hunger. I had a blackened catfish sandwich which was very good so I can say nothing negative there.I spent over $40 for this sub par dining experience! Don't know that I will be back after in excess of over 50 visits during Covid era. The sides have shrunk and for $40 plus experience I was disappointed in this experience completely!
Food was okay. The green beans tasted right out of the can with alot of liquid in it. The fish was okay. Mac and cheese was okay. Sides were small containers. Not sure if it was worth 20.00
The restaurant is a bit small, with only seven tables, but I can assure you that the food and service were outstanding, and the wait time was very quick. I highly recommend it!
The food was fantastic. Everything was fresh, hot, and delicious. The customer service was top-notch!
Had lunch with the wife ,catfish filet dinner, a bit under cooked ,greasy. Hush Puppies small, baked beans good , Cole slaw fair. Wife was not fond of mac&cheese. Sorry a bit pricey.

Food is greatService is fine, sometimes a waitAmbiance is ok, can be busy sometimes.
We like to eat here on special occasions but the prices are now way too high and the lady that used to be nice that takes your order and money at llunch time has a bad attitude now for some reason. we will not go back.
The food is wonderful!!I can get enough of their fishCustomer service is outstanding So friendly and eager to help and seem to be proud to be working there.Strongly Recommend Ordered from the App/Website got rewards points and will be a repeat customer
This place was off the hook! (fish place do you get the joke? I had the clam chowder that was free because of a Facebook messenger promotion. I would have paid for it because it was that good. They were out of my oysters so I settled for shrimp and I'm glad I did. They give you a hefty portion. I was not a fan of their cajun potatoes. I rather have fries. But because the soup was so good I did not miss the potatoes. And those hush puppies will make you slap your own self. Thank you Caplingers! I will be back next year. Please have my oysters when I return.
