Buffalo Wild Wings - Indianapolis

Had a reservation at 5 PM for a party of 8. Got to the restaurant to find out they don’t take reservations. Even though they are on open table and have a sign on the door saying the are part of open table. Service was awful and slow.

We made a reservation online and it was confirmed. When we arrived right on time, the hostess told us we had no reservation. We showed her the email reservation confirmation. She stated that our reservation was not valid because they no longer do online reservations. She was very rude in the way she spoke with us. Restaurant was dirty/messy. Service slow.

We live Buffalo Wild Wings, but they wouldn’t accept the reservation that I made. We arrived, early, and still had a thirty minute wait past our reserved time since we had to remain in the “ first come, first serve” line. I don’t have a problem with restaurants choosing not to take reservations, but they should be removed from this service.

Been to many BWW’s and this place at lunch is very good. Server (Ryann) was very good and interactive plus food tasted great and well prepared. No complaints from us, will hit this spot again before we leave

It was pleasant but not perfect for nothing is perfect. The employees are kind and straightforward And the location is comfy for atmosphere. The food was wonderful Obviously not a masterpiece and it didn't need to be. Cooking for others is just as powerful as a mother cooking for her child. It's the core of one's devotion and character that brings forth good food Plus skill lol.
