Biryani House - Indianapolis

My family of four has visited this restaurant five times, and each visit has been a disaster. It seems like the staff is unwilling to work and I question why they even bother to open. I suspect there may be something shady going on behind the scenes, like money laundering, as the restaurant appears dirty and unkempt. We decided not to eat there and left to find another dining option.

I always order takeout from this restaurant, but I don't think my orders will ever be fulfilled. It's disappointing that they are always closed when I try to dine in. The other one-star reviews seem to be accurate.

The customer service at this restaurant is very poor. They seem unwilling to serve customers as soon as they enter. I find this behavior strange and untrustworthy. On multiple occasions, when I have gone there, they have only offered to-go orders. Additionally, twice in the winter they claimed they could not serve us because the heating was not working. It seems like they do not want to work, so why are they even open? This lack of respect makes me hesitant to eat their food. The few times we have visited, they have also been slow to serve us, making us wait for 1.5 hours.

The food is delicious and service is good. We'll definitely be back!
