Honestly, this place is great; the staff is very friendly, pizza, pommes and wings are at a reasonable price, waiting times are not long, and online sales make for a simpler time. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that the chicken tips on the pizza made me sick once, in addition the chicken channels are just a third of their list price for what you get. Not bad. Will get to the point. I won't hold it against them but... Found a hair in each dish ordered. I got a steak wedgie and there was no steak . Maybe it just wasn't my thing. Burger good. Fries I think they were ok they were like fries everywhere else. Portions were good, but not good enough. I will not return to this establishment due to its lack of cleanliness and increase of hair. Pizza was still rough dough. Not even half cooked. Absolutely disgusting. Getting a manager to solve the problem was like pulling teeth.
Food is really delicious and very well made. We are 5 guys, 4 from New York and 1 from New Jersey we came to PA for an auction. We tried Romeo the first day and we kept on going back to him for the five days I really blame Romeo for not letting us try other food in Pennsylvania.
We've been here a few times, and loved everytime. Had a small mishap with our last order and they helped us right away.
Food was really great and the service was wonderful. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone around IUP!
Food was good and good quality. Only negative was that they told us 20 min but it took 45 for the food
