What chuck roy doesn't like about Primos Pizza:
Went and ordered a blt (bacon lettuce and tomato) right i think we all can agree had cheese on it and when i called to tell them it was wrong they agrred to make another one but had an attitude started giving me attitude saying all subs come with cheese where does it say that on your menu also saying i was giving them attitude what great customer service not... Great food, but whoever answers the phone is rude and unprofessional. You call and get an attitude or they simply hang up in your face. I used to order online just so I wouldn't have to deal with that, but for some reason the great chicken wings are no longer an option online. Just lost a customer because someone doesn't want to do their job.
Ok I tried not to judge how sloppy the cutting job was. But nah….this takes the cake for the worst pizza Ive ever had. I cant even describe the taste. Primos USED to be good. It literally was oil, cheese and nasty half baked crust.
