I went here for the first time last week and their sandwiches look great. The problem I had was that they only have mayo, deli mustard, or oil as options for their sandwiches. I've never seen a sandwich shop not have yellow mustard, and many other options for the sandwiches. The sandwiches ? are delicious ? this is our go to location.
Moved out of state for a few yrs and they didn't have a Potbelly's. I missed and craved the Grilled Chicken and Chedder sandwich. Just moved back to the area and the first place I wanted to eat was here
Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The food fell short of expectations, lacking the quality I've come to associate with the other potbelly locations. Additionally, the service was disappointing, leaving me with a less-than-pleasant impression. Overall, it was a letdown, and I'm hesitant to return based on this experience.
