This is the first time I’ve actually been motivated to write a review but after being seated with my son literally sat for fifteen minutes without anybody coming to our table. No hello. No water. No acknowledgement. Not even a menu. It was as if we weren’t there. I have been to some dives and never had that happen. Eventually we got up and left. Picks did an outstanding job on dinner last night for Valentines. The steak was cooked perfectly and they accommodated a gluten and dairy allergy with advance notice nicely. The salmon was also great! Service was outstanding and this place is like a hidden gem steps away from MGM Springfield. We even returned for breakfast. They had a great fritta for breakfast. Nothing but the gravy was made with milk or butter.
