I mostly get your coffee at Comfort Bagel and Goodworks coffee (which is yummy) since they are closer to me BUT when I have come to see you in Springfield, the staff has been kind and helpful and patient with my kiddo and the coffee and kids chocolate was yummy. Thanks

Absolutely one of the best coffee shops in Western Mass. They have the best iced mocha (I get mine with oat milk), not overly sweet, and you can taste the fresh espresso in every sip. And if you’re a true coffeeholic you definitely need to try their shot of expresso, by itself. If you can’t, go for a black coffee and enjoy the delicacy of a freshly roasted coffee Cheers!

Fridays means bagels ? .. monsoon is one of the best coffee spots in the area. You can taste the dedication and pride they put into every cup they serve! Right now they have a squash spiced latte and it's delicious!!!It's so awesome watching them grow and expand their little community.

I've been meaning to write this review forever, and honestly my experiences just keep getting better and better. The coffee is excellent (I've never had a bad drink there or from the beans and cold brew I take home). The urban food brood is also so dope, but it's the people and the vibes that keep me coming back to Monsoon. Oh, and they have the best chai latte I've ever had, with their own chai!
