Very slow this time. Food came out separately. Took forever to get appetizer (chips and salsa). Waitress near the end said ok you can just pay on the tablet, never asked if we wanted dessert. So we went elsewhere for dessert. View all feedback.

I Just walked out before sitting when table was wet from cleaning and floor had trash everywhere and dining room floor tile was so greasy and slippery my shoes are still slippery from it. Moteover waitress clothing was full of huge grease spots. I think the restaurant would have an extra T-shirt (brand shirt) for her to wear to be presentable to customers. I ordered Alex burgers for pickup, but mine came without avocado, tomato, or onion—just meat and pickles. I ended up adding some tomato to it for extra flavor.
Kid-friendliness: There are high chairs available, the staff was accommodating to our little ones and baby, and there’s a changing station in the ladies' restroom.

Horrible. Stood for a while at the entrance servers made eye contact several times never acknowledged us. I did hear one server tell another couple there were only two servers. I understand being short staffed I do not understand not being acknowledged with a “Hey welcome in we will be with you shortly.” We left and won’t be back. ?? Always have good service at other locations this location needs some training/staff.
