This is not your mother's Arby's anymore. They have revamped their menu items, although I am still disappointed that they removed their potato cakes. I am typically a purist and stick to the plain roast beef sandwich, but I decided to try the philly cheese and it was really good. I also recommend not forgetting to try their amazing turnovers for dessert. View all feedback.
What Magali Hand doesn't like about Arby's:
I have observed that staffing issues are still affecting the restaurant, but there is a silver lining. If it takes 20 minutes to receive my order and it's still incorrect, requiring me to return for missing items, I may have to think twice about returning. I am optimistic that this was just an off night and I will give them another chance before updating my review. View all feedback.
If I could give this place less then one star I would.
Barely warm fries. Sandwich bun was burnt, cheese sticks not fresh and you can tell they are cooked in the same oil as other foods.
Short staffed but great customer service today. The new fries were great.
Fish sandwich was understated the first time I had a few weeks ago. They had it twice and were great.
This is one of the few Arby's located in areas that I live, work, or shop in, I tend to use places that are close to where I have to be anyways. I gave this Arby's 5 stars because they are always polite, fast and friendly service at this location!!! The main reason it received 5 stars is because it's one of two locations that ALWAYS gets my order correct, from taking the order, making it, and making sure they hand me the right bag. I could fill a whole page with reasons why I love it Arby's versus other local Arby's or other restaurants. I do recommend this location of Arby's 100%!!
