I was in the drive-thru for 10 minutes waiting for just a single coffee, and I could hear the staff inside struggling. It was quite a disappointment. They really need to hire employees who are motivated to do their jobs.
The bathroom was dirty, which is a shame because I'd love to visit this place every day. A dirty bathroom raises concerns about the cleanliness of the kitchen. However, the coffee is excellent! Food: 5, Service: 4, Atmosphere: 3.

It was a typical Tim Hortons experience. Not much has changed at this franchise location. The staff were friendly, and the coffee was fresh. However, they placed my Boston creams in a bag that caused a mess all over my wife's hands. It was only 27 degrees, so the chocolate melted everywhere. With a bit of better training, things could be much improved.
