My daughter and I recently visited the bar area at Marisol and were served by Ian, the bartender. The service was top-notch, and the food exceeded our expectations. We sampled the wings, hummus dip, and taco trio appetizers, along with two fresh salads. Although I had a restaurant.com coupon that was initially tricky to use, Mike, the manager, promptly contacted them and sorted everything out for us. The happy hour here is fantastic! Located in the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Indialantic, Marisol offers $2 off salads and appetizers during happy hour. I dined here multiple times during my stay. The baby iceberg salad, loaded with bacon, tomatoes, onions, and Stilton blue cheese, quickly became a favorite. For dinner, the Chicken Provençale—a chicken dish served in a savory tomato gravy with olives—is delicious. The crab stack is as visually stunning as it is flavorful. The staff are generally friendly and efficient, making Marisol a great spot to enjoy a meal!

For lunch, I enjoyed the club sandwich with fries—it was delicious and huge, so I saved some to finish later in my room. Tony, our server, was exceptional, and I highly recommend asking for him—you won’t regret it. That evening, we shared a flatbread pizza and wings for dinner. The pizza was flavorful, but the wings were outstanding—the chef hails from Buffalo, and it really shows! We went for the honey garlic wings, a unique sauce I hadn’t tried before but will definitely crave when I’m back in New York. After sharing that meal, my husband and I were still a little hungry since the pizza is actually a flatbread, so I finished the rest of my sandwich late at night. The bar was lively with a fantastic band playing, and once again, Marisol’s view of the Atlantic Ocean is truly incomparable. I’d move here if I could. An A+ overall, and their menu offers something for everyone.
