Cookout hasn't treated me this bad since before COVID. The latest batch of tellers are the rudest so far, and completely messed up my order. I asked for a burger with lettuce, tomato, pickles, cheese, bacon, mayo, mustard, and ketchup, and I received a burger with lettuce, tomato, ketchup, onions, and onion! I love everything about Cookout. The food is great, and you don't have to deal with other people. You just drive up, drive thru and leave with your food. Perfect!
Never mind the noise pollution, your order will not be what you actually ordered. Tbh, they suck.

Cookout is a GREAT bargain. The prices for tray combos are the best fast food prices around. And, the food is really good cooked to order and ready fast. I will be going back regularly!
