The kids were thrilled to use the soda machines and create their own flavors! They also loved the friendship bands that came with their meals!

I was the fourth car in the drive-thru line and... read more I visited Wendy's after a long 12-hour shift around 6 PM. I tried to sit down to eat, but the doors were locked. I was the fourth car in the drive-thru line and didn’t manage to place my order until about 6:20 PM. I finally reached the window around 7 PM to pick up my order. Unfortunately, my burger was cold, and the fries were only half warm. You'd expect that after waiting for an hour in the drive-thru, everything would be at least warm or hot. Disappointing experience overall.

The drive-thru takes forever because they take one order at a time, and even then, my order is almost never completely correct. I always have to ask for corrections. This time, they told me I had to come inside and couldn’t use the drive-thru. I didn’t even get what I ordered and everything was the wrong size. They claimed they were out of items, and I could dispute it through the app. They wouldn’t give me a refund either, even though I didn’t receive anything from my order. Save your time and money—this place is just frustrating. By the end of my experience, I’m so annoyed that I don’t even want to eat anymore.
