I ordered by Club sandwich online and when I returned to work ready to eat I see that there is no roast beef. The issue is not that the store was out of roast beef but that at no point did they tell me. The online system allowed me to order and pay for something they could not properly make. The workers in the store did not call to see if they could add anything in it's place or if I would like to change my order. When I picked my food up from the store I spoke with the girl working and she did not bother to inform me of any of this. Most disappointing is that when I opened my sandwich they did not even give me more of the other meats that go on the sandwich they just shorted me. I called to speak to a manager and he was not in, the girl I spoke to stated she printed off my receipt and took my name and number so management could call me that evening. I never received a call so I called the next day and Gary (the manager) answered the phone and while I an explaining who I am and the situation, tells me to call back later and hangs up. I will never spend my money at such a disrespectful location again.
The girl who worked there was extremely rude, the young man, his name was aj had a wonderful customer service and went out of his way to make sure that he can make us as happy as possible through the situation. we were not told that all you had was weizenbrot and you are out of meatballs because they didn't have so much on camp as they had that I asked the girl who works for the name and the number of the manager, and she said she shouldn't give that I'm a co-GM and knows that this is not true. So I would appreciate it if a manager could reach me for the service she has provided me, terrible and ridiculous.
Unfortunately, I visited again today and had an experience almost identical to my last visit in November. The male worker, who wore glasses and earrings, was unwelcoming and carelessly piled ingredients onto my sandwich. To make matters worse, a third of my sandwich didn’t even have lettuce, and the lettuce that was there was browning. Why is the service so inconsistent among different team members? I’ve decided that I will never return to this place again.
Nearly the same experience as the previous person. Ordered online and went to pick up food. Everything on our order was wrong… they ran out of roast beef, forgot to put lettuce on a BLT, forgot to put banana peppers on another sandwich, forgot to put cheese on another. Essentially nothing was correct on a $30 order.Called up and tried to let them know they messed up my order and was promptly told that I “need to learn how to read a receipt.” Tried to tell him (Gary the manager) everything on the receipt and what was missing, was told I didn’t know what I was talking about and hung up on me.Tried to call back again today, was told (by Gary) I needed to call a different number. Was actually just given the store number which I had already called and was talking to him on and proceeded to leave me on hold for 10 minutes before hanging up again.Have already filed a complaint with corporate. Will not be returning and will make sure to tell everyone I know to stay away from the place.
First no welcoming, second there were 3 employees 1 was sitting on table second was on phon 3rd one on register no customer stand 30sed and someone came didn’t ask for bread or anything so i have to tell her I need this bread and this meat didn’t gave napkins and yes no thank you at all ,like never going again, worse service ever
