Considering the decline in quality and customer service at many fast food establishments in recent years, this place truly stands out. The staff is consistently friendly and efficient, and the food is always fresh. They are also very accommodating with any special requests. I often go out of my way to dine here because the experience is worth it. Additionally, they handle large orders on short notice with remarkable speed. Thank you for providing such great service!

Initially, I felt frustrated about the missing chips, but it was easy to overlook since the sandwich was so good. I spoke with an employee named Ami, and I had no issues at all. They did a great job, and I really appreciate their outstanding customer service skills. Overall, I think the team is doing an excellent job. I attribute the chip mishap to issues with DoorDash; unfortunately, some of the delivery personnel seem a bit complacent. But the sandwiches are truly great. I highly recommend checking this place out—trust me!

Only change I would make is not havin... read more Better Subways than most Ive been to in the area. Clean, no long waits, and full staff usually to get things done quickly. Only change I would make is not having to repeat my order several times because of it being too loud at the counter. Other than that, always fresh tasting, employees are courteous, clean dining area as well as clean service area. I always go to this location to avoid going to the ones on Turney and Rockside, which are the complete opposite

I was initially frustrated about the missing chips due to a mishap, but that quickly faded because the sandwich was just perfect. I spoke with a staff member named Ami, and I had no issues at all. The customer service was exceptional, and I think you all are doing a wonderful job. I suspect the problem with the missing chips is due to some supply chain issues. Nevertheless, the sandwiches are excellent. I highly recommend coming here—trust me!
