I've been coming to this restaurant for about ten years, and I can honestly say I’ve only encountered a few minor issues, especially compared to other pizza places in the city. Every time there was a hiccup, they went above and beyond to make it right. What User doesn't like about Pizza Hut:
I arrived at the restaurant quite early to pick up my pizza, so I had to wait for it to be made. It was extremely hot, and the smell in the lobby was so unpleasant that it was difficult to endure. While I was waiting, I noticed that a new employee was being trained. I love cheese pizza and their's is PERFECT!!! Everyone else in our party loved what they got too!
I just bought a delivery for a kekspfanne and two pepsis when I got it was 10 minutes late not so bad I'm not crazy about it, but when I opened the box, the keks was literally burned black on the bottom and the pepsi was flat
These are supposed to be meat lovers large pizza. Has you can see a few slices should be called dough lovers
I noticed my delivery time doubled between time ordered and while in process. I called the store to cancel and lady told me that my order was coming out of the oven if I wanted to run up there and pick it up. We drove up there and my husband waited 10 minutes while she ran around to get our order together. She then told him that they gave our order to another customer so they put a similar order together( which was not even close). What we received was not fresh. She asked my husband if he would like to leave the delivery tip on the order that we went to pick up. Kind of a no brainer. I had him take that mess back inside and get a refund. Another 10 minutes. While he was inside I ordered lil Ceasars which We picked up 2 blocks down in 13 minutes. We repeatedly have service issues with this pizza hut. Not sure why. Has been like this for a long time. Just thought we would give them a try.
Huge snow storm New Years day, food was hot when arrived. Order showed up way before the quoted time. Our wings were probably the best we have ever had from pizza hut. Lemon pepper and sweet chili. Thanks again
