Panera Bread - Independence

If I could give him a zero star, I would! and that sucks because I love this panera, but I will literally drive the miles to another place before I ever go back here. bad customer service bad food quality, they don't even call the order more they just let it sit on the counter until someone asks about it. I order a latte and it took 25 minutes to receive. hopefully it will be better to my home? low staff is a thing, but bad customer service is another.

I never had such a terrible experience with this panera or others. a few times a sandwich was made wrong, today, my order was 45 minutes too late, the ice had completely melted into my drink, my suppe was cold, and it was the wrong suppe. the only way to get the right order would have been to reorder and pay again. I've already paid $27 for me alone. the manager was a complete waste of time, and panera should think better about firing him. he did not treat the situation well. he was hesitant first, and when I asked about the manager, he put me in the handle for about 3.5 minutes and then tells me that he is the manager. I find this very hard to believe. I don't have a car today, so I got the delivery. I know it's going through the door. I called when my order was 30 minutes late. I never go back to this panera. I ordered the cheddar broccoli suppe and got a southwest suppe. how do they mix them? and the way they have to take their card number on the phone for a refund and told me he would get it if he made it. No, I want this to be processed now. if my money is not returned the next Thursday, I'll call again. that is absolutely the worst experience I have ever experienced. I made sure he processed the return with me on the phone who knows if he did it at all.

You can't go wrong with panera bread. I've been to this place many times when I was in school. it is a great place to meet friends, to study, to have business meetings, termine to go or just go for a nice quiet time alone. eating is great, and the coffee and the choice of tees, limonade, juices and more is unbeatable. the sausage and pfefferoni flatbread and a brotschale supple.

Overpriced for all foods. the portions are so small, but the prices are exaggerated. any menu item you can get from a local restaurant is better in terms of quality, quantity and taste. after today's visit for the big broccoli mac and cheese for $10.79, which was 12 ounces product I will never return. if I had looked at my order in the load, I would have requested a refund and left the product there.

Horrible experience the employee at the counter was busy although she saw me but didn't come to counter till I asked her to place an order. Secondly, there were no one in the kitchen to prepare the food. I wait over 5 minutes then went back to the register to ask if there are anyone to make the food. A Manger appeared from the back and proceeded to go to prepare my order. No sorry rude attitude. Will never return there. Super unfriendly and rude staff and management.
