The food is fine, but the ordering kiosks make the whole experience more industrial and less welcoming. We scrolled through screen after screen of beverages looking for something with no caffeine, but never found a way to just order tea, and with lots of other customers waiting to order we gave up and spent $3 on a juice box.
I just picked up the saddest looking salad from this place! Paid 8 bucks ! The lettuce was wilted and the container was half filled. This is the last time I let Panera rob me!!!
Don't listen to the haters, this panera is one of the best. Always a friendly face and a fast service. This is the type of facility that reminds you to slow down and appreciate the small things. The portal to hell near the toilets should be addressed, but is not a deterrent.
Always a great meal at Panera's! I love the choice two! Just wish they would bring the Asian Sesame Chicken Salad- my favorite! I didn't drive as many times as I did in the past. Please bring it back!
