The bread isn’t as toasted and crunchy anymore and it doesn’t feel like I’m eating one whole sandwich as the bread moves quite a bit per bite rather than it used to be served hot and intact. There was chicken to be eaten but I felt there was not as much as there used to be and I would like that amount added back. Red onions and tomatoes were served well as usual, but the mozzarella wasn’t as stuck to the bread as usual when the sandwich is cooked all together. Thank you for your service in making this sandwich.
