We traveled to Parma specifically to dine at Olive Garden, and it was worth the trip! We tried the build-your-own option with spaghetti, meat sauce, meatballs, and Italian sausage, which was delicious. We also ordered fettuccine with a white sauce, shrimp, and chicken; unfortunately, the chicken didn't taste good, so we sent that dish back. We did enjoy the salad and breadsticks—they were great! The manager, Marcus, and our server, Anna, provided excellent service. Overall, it was a pleasant experience!

It can be challenging when dining at a chain restaurant to receive the level of service one expects. Having worked in customer service, I understand this well. However, my family had a wonderful experience tonight, despite encountering a minor issue with one of our meals. Our waitress was very polite, and the floor manager handled our concern in a very professional manner. Thank you for a fantastic dinner!

The food was enjoyable once we finally received it. The first bowl of soup was starting to cool down because the server dropped the spoon on the way out and needed to grab a new one for my cousin. By the time she got back, the soup had already cooled off. The second bowl was better, though. We received our rolls first, but then we had to wait a long time for our salads. When my main meal finally arrived, it was very good. The restaurant didn’t seem that crowded, but the experience has left me hesitant to return anytime soon.
