Lobster Pho - Independence

Big surprise here! Great food and service from a subject looking strip mall location! Recommended! Tried their new Appetizer Pot Stickers! And also got the clam appetizer! Both spot on and great flavors! Don't let the location or Strip mall aspect scare you away! Inside was spacious and service was great!

Pho broth was only heat but had no flavor. Plenty of seafood in soup no will try the pho Tia nam next time.

I got a boil and it had a hair in it. I decided to give it another chance. They said they would remake it. Low and behold they have me same boil from the first time. Server gone ask do I want another. I said you needed up twice already. Manager didn't even say nothing not one word

I work near this restaurant and, as a lover of pho, I made the short trip to try out their version of pho. The idea of lobster in it is very unique, but I stuck to my usual of beef at this visit. The decor is unassuming and the place was kind of dead when we came to visit for lunch one Friday. The waitress seemed a bit irritated we had come in at all. Anyway, I ordered the spicy beef pho, expecting a kick of course, but it seemed as though they knocked an entire jar of ghost peppers in my soup! It wasn't edible and the waitress wasn't thrilled to replace the broth with the normal one when I asked her to. I got it switched out in the end, but that level of spice didn't seem normal to me. Maybe I just got unlucky? Anyway, the price for the bowls are a bit higher than average even though the serving size is just average. I'd be willing to give this place another go but don't make a trek out here if it isn't close to you.

Landed in CLE and this place was still open near the hotel. I was so exhausted and had a huge headache. ordered a lobster roll that took about 15 minutes to come out. was glad they were willing to take my order even though they were about to close. food was good, alleviated my headache did the job!
