Howeve... read more The food at this restaurant is consistently high quality. The drive-thru staff are always pleasant and friendly, and the service is generally quite fast. However, I often order extra crispy chicken but end up receiving original more frequently than what I requested. It seems that the order assembly might be rushed, and a bit more management oversight in the order fulfillment process could improve accuracy. Otherwise, thanks for the great product!

It comes with three large sides and biscuits, a... read more We usually visit this KFC location once a week, sometimes every two weeks, and I always order the 12-piece meal. It comes with three large sides and biscuits, and I typically get 8 strips and 4 pieces of chicken. However, last night the manager said there was no way to ring it in that way and refused to do it. The meal was supposed to include a half-gallon of soda, but it wasn’t brought out. When I asked for it, the employee had to check if I was entitled to it. After about five minutes, he brought me a soda, but it was only about half full and had soda spilled all over the sides. By that point, I was frustrated and the family was hungry. What is going on with my KFC? They really need to improve their customer service.
