Fish Shrimp Diner - Independence

We were there between lunch dinner rush so we were well taken care of! I wanted to go because of the chicken livers... they delivered!!! They were delicious there were enough for me to take some home for later!!! Nice little place. Hope I get to go back maybe try something different. But idk...those chicken livers were sure good!!!!! We're from out of town and found this place by looking at reviews. The food was fantastic. I had the BEST chicken livers I've EVER had...very light and tender and crunchy with just the right seasoning (although the waitress was surprised when I asked for shrimp cocktail sauce for them). My husband had the whole catfish and said it was excellent. We started with fried green tomatoes and they were delicious. The sides were also wonderful. We just wish we had this place closer to home so we could eat here often.
