Dunkin' - Independence

This is the second time I have gone to Dunkin Donuts in Independence for a simple Hot Coffee with 2 creams and both times the Coffee was bitter. Yesterday when I was already home I went to drink my coffee it was beyond disgusting! The cream was even bad. I have attached pictures. WHY? The person making my cup of coffee can see what the coffee looks and smell like before putting on the lid. SO DISAPPOINTED ????

Nice staff. Clean inside. Go early if you want something special because sometimes specialty donuts sell out.

Good coffee if you put some ice cubes in it to get it to the proper drinking temperature

Dunkin's donuts and coffee are average or a little above in my opinion you can get better but it's all right. Easy stop when I'm looking for coffee in the area. I've never had an issue with service or order quality here, though. My dogs love the pup cups. The line can be tough in the morning, but it does move quickly. Will be back!

I stop here a few times a week, and it’s better every time! Nick is always there with a smile, and that’s just what people need to see each morning. The line moves fast and my medium ice caramel craze signature latte is always made perfectly!
