3/27/24 Ordered No tomato on sandwhich...(Im allergic to tomatoes)was charged 20 cents for NO TOMATO!! Why?? Guess what tomato on sandwhich!! Only gets better...Out of sweet tea so I asked an employee (Nathan) he shrugged his shoulders and walked off...I then went and asked for a manager! Teamlead Chloe said she was the manager I explained what happened as I was walking back to my seat I watched Chloe speak w/Nathan...she then pointed my direction shrugged her shoulders and they both started laughing...Nothing like making fun of customers! One pissed off cusomer!!!
Food and service is always amazing!
Ordered through the drive-through. The staff who took the order, worked the window, and brought out the food were all very friendly and polite. My burger was made wrong but I received great service and the fries were hot and fresh.
