Koi Sushi - Incline Village

Small section of veggie rolls on the menu, all vegan except for the one with egg tamago . Only a few things besides avocado and cucumber, kind of boring and the exact same as Truckee 's two sushi joints from 15 years ago, the chef must have come from there and never updated the menu . Coupe other veg things on the menu too. Decent service, nice folks. Definitely among the more veg-friendly places in town, but not particularly special on the veg sushi scale. Basically the kind of simple rolls I 'd make at home.
