Delicious. We had a rib eye and blackened ahi. Both served quickly and very well prepared. Nice selection of wine and cocktails. The barbera and Pinot noir were very tasty. View all feedback.
What ErinM doesn't like about Austin's:
To start, they were running about 30 minutes behind on reservations. There were 4 of us and we ordered appetizers and drinks right away. Those came and we didn’t see our server again for a while. We finished those before we were able to order entrees and more drinks. It took about an hour to get our dinner and next round of drinks. Our server was mostly MIA and the other server was walking around aimlessly, completel... View all feedback.
We made reservations and received a confirmation but when we arrived at Austin’s it was closed for renovations. We are from out of town and were found with no reservations for a busy holiday week. We are very disappointed that they showed open on OpenTable.
We are from Kentucky where Asparagus is pronounced Uh-sphe-ruh-gus. Not isprickis. Spent two minutes trying to figure out what the waitress was saying.
Food was very good with large portions, a good value. Our service left a lot to be desired. The waitress was very sweet and polite however, she was not conversant about the menu items and I think she had a language/translation problem. Several times it was clear she did not understand even though she said she did.
They turned us away no servers there should be a way to notify us
Mediocre food, slow service. Convenient to hotel, but try other restaurants
