they had a variety of clearly labeled veg options and most vegetarian options could be made vegan!! i got the tickled pink beet salad without goat cheese and tried a friend’s vegan butternut squash chili and both were amazing!!! highly recommend : Updated from previous review on 2023-01-31 View all feedback.
What David Christensen doesn't like about Alibi Ale Works Incline Public House:
What happened to this place? It used to be the bomb, with a unique menu and great staff who cared. Now you order basic food from the counter and hope it shows up. Bring Alibi back to it's former glory days!! We miss it dearly. Especially that corn soup! View all feedback.
Nice brew pub. Not very many food choices but the pizza was excellent. Beer was fantastic.

Great food, pretty pricey, though. Beer was quality. Wife and I spend $88 on a burger, mac' cheese, 2 beers, and a pretzel. Everything tasted well seasoned and well cooked. Very flavorful, so if you don't mind dropping a buck you'll be happy with your experience.Open style seating and you order at the bar. Very attentive staff. Bartender was very knowledgeable. Waiters were attentive. Cooks were quick.Outside and indoor seating. There is even a stage inside, but we weren't there during a show.
Seriously though, great biers, great food, great service!!!!!!!But got the soft Bavarian pretzel, now, most places…….. you can’t taste the bier in their bier cheese or stone ground mustard; where as here, OH MAN CAN YOU TASTE THE BIER!!!!!!!Olive juice and such!!!!!BTW, I finished the left over cheese!!!!!!SO GOOD!!!!!
Really good beer. Great atmosphere, just it was tough with the staff, not the best.
