The cook should be fired, the food was absolutely terrible. The only person who deserves a raise is the waiter.

This small pizza, priced at $18, was the worst I have ever had. Initially, the online price was listed as $10.50, which in itself would already be a poor value. The pizza was undercooked, with raw dough, overly sweet sauce, and was much smaller than expected given the price. In comparison, I believe that Lil Caesars offers a better pizza for a comparable price. I am uncertain how this establishment continues to operate.
