Domino's Pizza - Imperial Beach

Staff don't wear gloves. They were touching the pizzas bare hands and tossing the condiments on pizzas without gloves on.

I've been ordering dominos for many years from many locations but since I've relocated to Imperial Beach this particular store has been the most inconsistent with getting orders correct. Im vegetarian and have gotten meat on my pizzas, overcooked,undercooked, wrong toppings and even pizzas with no sauce or cheese. They left 3 toppings off my pacific veggie this time and ithas barely no sauce. Decided to call and after 10 minutes of being on hold no response. I've given many opportunities herebecause Its conveniently close but I'll just go back to the other locations across the free way in chula where they make itcorrect.

Wonderful staff! This is Domino's pizza, so I’m not focusing on the pizza itself. It’s all about the people at this location. They are friendly and patient. Thank you, and keep up the great work!

I ordered the steak and cheese and pepperoni pizza from the Imperial Beach location, and it was the worst pizza I've ever had! The steak was very sparse—there were only a few pieces scattered throughout, along with some spinach and cheese in various spots. It seems like they are cutting corners to save on ingredients while disappointing their customers. I even took a screenshot as evidence. And where are the mushrooms? Some slices had just one mushroom on them! Is this some kind of joke? I'm sorry, Domino's, but you've lost my business, and I won’t be ordering from you again. I’ll be taking my business to Giant Pizza King across the street. At least they know how to make pizza!
