What chuck doesn't like about Domino's Pizza:
I told my wife to order whatever she wants, when the driver showed up, I was in the garage and excepted the order, not knowing that there was two items, missing, on top of that the crust and bread of the pizza or Dowie, and other cooked, I sat on the phone for 20 minutes on hold before giving up, with all the horrible reviews and inconsistencies, you would think they would fire all the managers and start fresh, it’s... Fast friendly service the delivery driver was nice and friendly, which always makes it a plus if you order from there the food always tastes good thank you keep the good work
I'd rather take off this place. Just about 10 minutes. Pizza is always hot and fresh. But if you get it delivered, it takes about an hour, not hot!
Just awful. They constantly mess up my order and even mess up remakes when you call and complain. Not to mention that it took almost 2 hours to receive a remake that was wrong. To top that off, the driver lied to me and said that it was correct even though the receipt showed it was wrong when compared to the original order that needed remade. I will never be ordering from this store again
Terrible customer service. I had a problem with my order and they did not care in the lightest bit. Had to call corporate and report them. They didn’t care either. The whole company is terrible.
