The atmosphere is warm and intimate, the dining room staff, led by Alessandra—the chef 's beautiful wife—is courteous and knowledgeable. We sampled the chef 's special, titled lasciatemi fare (let me do it). The dishes are balanced, delicious, and carefully crafted, presented with extreme elegance. The ingredients are of excellent quality, fully respecting the local area and the seasons. I 'm sure we 'll be back again, and without a doubt, we 'll let you do it again
