The atmosphere is welcoming and meticulously crafted, perfect for a relaxing evening away from the hustle and bustle. The menu is creative and seasonal, with the freshest ingredients and dishes that flawlessly combine traditional flavors and innovation. The staff is friendly, attentive, and highly knowledgeable: they were able to advise us on both food and wine with great expertise and passion. Th... read more After climbing along the quiet roads of the Ligurian hinterland, we arrived at Equilibrio Restaurant, located in a renovated old mill surrounded by greenery. The scenic effect is already striking: well-crafted details, a balance between rustic and refined. The welcome is warm and discreet. In the dining room, the staff is young but well-trained, attentive to detail and ready to explain the dishes with precision. You can sense the passion and training behind the service. The pace of the dinner was good: we were neither too rushed nor left waiting too long. We 've been for dinner several times, and each time we 've had a menu with seasonal variations. The strong point is the cuisine: the chef offers dishes that showcase the local area with fresh visions. From the appetizers to the introductory picnic, from the main courses to the dessert, each dish is a small surprise, carefully crafted with balance, nothing forced, but unique combinations that speak volumes. There are usually dishes that are more popular than others. Here, I have to say, it 's always been a crescendo for me, and even (and especially) the dessert makes for a memorable experience. Equilibrio is a restaurant to be enjoyed slowly, for those who love exploring flavors and ideas. I recommend it for special occasions and for those who want to discover Liguria in a contemporary way. I will undoubtedly return to immerse myself in its suggestions.
