I can 't review the food, as we didn 't even have the chance to taste it. But I need to record here what we went through.... When I read the reviews on the internet, I imagined that the Bistrô would be a very special place, especially because it is within the Village complex, a more refined inn. We arrived around 1:30 pm for lunch, they brought us the menu (which I believe is very limited for lunch) one of the options was like a PF, it had chicken, meat and fish, we then asked if the fish option could be with the fish was grilled and not fried, the attendant said she would check, to drink we ordered a Coca-Cola zero. The place is small and empty so it was possible to hear all the team 's comments: Attendant: Is Chef able to make grilled fish? Chef: Not just the Milanese. Attendant: But they 're kind of fit. Chef: Then you 'll have to go eat somewhere else... And finally, the comment about the drink: Who comes to Rosa and orders a coke zero? After hearing all this, we thanked him, canceled our order and went to find another place to have lunch.
Not a great experience. Inside a condominium/inn, the bistro is not an intimate environment, with lighting, it doesn't create an atmosphere. To help, the day we went there was a wedding on site. We just ate a salmon ceviche and left. Ceviche very loaded with coriander and pepper Parking: I do not recommend Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
