They were fresh out of the oven and hadn't even had a chance to be dusted with icing sugar before I arrived at 6:45 AM. The baker was cheerful and lively, and he recommended pairing my order with a coffee, which turned out to be a great suggestion. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I'm used to almond croissants that come with a filling, but even without one, these pastries were buttery and wonderfully flaky. I'll definitely be back for more!
