The fact that the hotel has come in the years would still be forgiven. But really annoying is the fact that neither swimming pool nor sauna were usable!! For reasons of efficiency, you can see a curtain in the hotel. Although this was sold both on the website and in the booking confirmation as included in the price. Sorry, this is very unfair to the paying guest! 90,00€ per night for the DZ are also not a bargain price.

The breakfast was positive or the cleanliness of the room. Negative, the room very small then no wash for the hands in the bathroom. Chairs city armchair. For a short trip ok but nothing for a longer stay Rooms: 2 Service: 4 Location: 5
The bathroom in the room had come in the years. For hikers an ideal starting point.
We were in the family room. Because my children didn't necessarily want to sleep next to each other, they pulled the beds apart... underneath there was a prince roll with about 2 cm of dust on it. So I looked under our...a huge glass shard lay underneath and wolves of outstanding size. We had a dog. This came a surcharge...completely understandable...but the justification that room must be cleaned allergy-friendly is now totally unclear to me. If I had a dust allergy, I would have died in this room. For 420€ two days, I found this state really cheeky.The hotel is very well located,the breakfast buffet top. Especially I would like to praise Robert, who was always very friendly and also the staff was very nice... except when checking out on Sunday, the young man could not even say goodbye. So for us it's not worth a trip again... pity...but if you put such a value on supposed cleanliness, this would be everywhere.
