Absolutely inflexible, even if the ingredients are generally on the menu, “the kitchen” doesn’t want to deviate from the dishes written on the menu. In my opinion it's not possible, you can find it in every good restaurant. Apart from that, the main course was only served after over 60 minutes, but we abandoned it. We then paid €90 for 3 starters and a few drinks and went somewhere else where it was extremely good from the service to the food. Here it was the first and last time!

But since we had booked through Dertour, the lady at reception didn't approve of that. So we had the feeling of not being welcome and inflexible, as other guests before us and after us were able to go straight to the room upon arrival. The breakfast offer was immediately sold out during peak times, sausage, eggs and the like Not refilled in a timely manner. Offer of the buffet, well. At a 5 star hotel I expect the kitchen to keep an eye on refills, when asked by the staff, yes we'll look. At a 3 star hotel I have different expectations. So our conclusion: 3 star hotel. Due to the location, no more, we wouldn't book again. Noteworthy details: Nothing
