Rooms: The rooms are very good and friendly. Also the sanitary facilities seperat. WC extra and shower extra room. Things to do near: People can do wellness and fitness at the hotel and go outside, cycling and exploring a lot. Drinks: Food fantastic. Breakfast and dinner very abundant and varied. Dinner as a 3course menu very nicely prepared and tastefully recommended.

We were just before in another 5-star house and there was a little disappointed about the service we offered, so we were all the more happy here. Nice reception and accompaniment to the beautiful romantic room with artwork and views of the lake. Handwritten welcome card and greeting surprises, what more do you want? And the breakfast next morning was also very good, especially delicious the berry crumble. Very small criticism: Due to the location of the room, you heard the piano music from the bar as loud as if you were sitting right next to it and that will eventually be disturbing when playing until after 10:00 and you actually want to sleep.

In my opinion it's not possible, you can find it in every good restaurant. Apart from that, the main course was only served after over 60 minutes, but we abandoned it. We then paid €90 for 3 starters and a few drinks and went somewhere else where it was extremely good from the service to the food. Here it was the first and last time!

But since we had booked through Dertour, the lady at reception didn't approve of that. So we had the feeling of not being welcome and inflexible, as other guests before us and after us were able to go straight to the room upon arrival. The breakfast offer was immediately sold out during peak times, sausage, eggs and the like Not refilled in a timely manner. Offer of the buffet, well. At a 5 star hotel I expect the kitchen to keep an eye on refills, when asked by the staff, yes we'll look. At a 3 star hotel I have different expectations. So our conclusion: 3 star hotel.
